About
Colleges, graded on what they actually return.
EduGradify compares 2,519 US colleges on the one question most rankings skip: is the price worth the payoff? We pair each school's real net price (what students pay after grants and scholarships) with the median earnings of its graduates ten years on, and turn that into a single value grade from A+ to D.
Why we exist
College is one of the largest purchases a family ever makes, yet most “best colleges” lists rank on prestige, selectivity, or paid placements — not on whether students come out ahead. The data to answer that question is public, but it's scattered across spreadsheets few people ever open. EduGradify makes it readable.
Where the data comes from
Every number on EduGradify comes from the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard, the federal government's official dataset on college cost, completion, and post-enrollment earnings. We don't run surveys, accept payment for placement, or adjust rankings for any school. See our methodology for exactly how the value grade is calculated.
What we don't do
We are not an admissions consultancy and we don't sell leads to colleges. EduGradify is an information tool, not financial or admissions advice — please verify figures with each school before making decisions.
